The Verve experience is designed for families, so it’s important to bring the whole clan along. After all, it’s a little awkward having a portrait on the wall with a missing family member! You are also welcome to bring in extended family members, including grandparents, for the opportunity to capture three or four generations in one magical photo session.

We have photographed all sorts of pets at Verve, and understand your fur babies are part of your family too. Our studios are designed to cater for families getting nice and cosy on our bed and couch. If you feel your pet would be comfortable in this environment, they are more than welcome. If you would like to bring your pet, please let us know beforehand so we can prepare the studio.

At the moment, Verve only offers in-studio experiences with a gorgeous set up we know you will love. Our studios have been specifically designed to make sure you feel completely at home. We have fine-tuned all the important things like light, colour and comfort, so you simply walk into luxury – relax, unwind and allow us to capture candid photos of your precious family.

Yes. Here at Verve we get that flexibility is important, which is why we offer 6, 9 and 12-month interest-free payment plans on any packages and artwork you choose to buy.

Once you’ve had your photo shoot, you’ll be invited to return approx. 3-5 days later for an in-person cinematic viewing with one of our design specialists – they will help you to find the perfect artwork for your home.

We do not offer online ordering – it’s much better for your designer to help you make any changes to your images and to process your order.

Of course! If you fall in love with more photos, our design specialist will be more than happy to help you select some favourites for your home and add in any additional images you’re after.

All Verve sessions require a holding deposit of $75. In the event you need to reschedule your appointment, we allow one change and require a minimum of three days’ notice.

Please note: weekends are extremely popular and booked weeks in advance – this means we can only offer one weekend appointment per family.
