Bought a photoshoot online or been gifted a Verve Experience from a friend or family member?

You can reschedule once at no cost, however if you don’t provide at least 72 hours notice or you reschedule more than once, you will need to pay a refundable holding deposit of $100 to secure a new booking.

Received a gift voucher from a company or as a prize?

You can reschedule your photoshoot or design consultation once at no cost, but if you don’t provide at least 72 hours notice or you reschedule more than once, your $100 holding deposit will be forfeited and you will need to pay another holding deposit to secure a new booking.
