You can reschedule once at no cost, however if you don’t provide at least 72 hours’ notice or you reschedule more than once, you will need to pay a refundable holding deposit of $150 to secure a new booking.

Received a gift voucher from a company or as a prize?

You can reschedule your photoshoot or design consultation once at no cost, but if you don’t provide at least 72 hours’ notice or you reschedule more than once, your $150 holding deposit will be forfeited and you will need to pay another holding deposit to secure a new booking.’
