The moment you walk through the doors and are greeted by our enthusiastic and warm team you will know you are in for a very unique experience. You will be treated to complimentary drinks upon arrival before heading into your own large studio space where the magic will unfold.
Photoshoots can be scheduled up to 6 weeks in advance. We also offer appointments in the evenings and weekends, but please note these times book out quickly. We offer a waiting list if your desired date/time is fully booked.
Your 90-minute photoshoot is a joyous, heart-warming experience. Let us pamper you and discover the unique qualities of your family. You’ll leave our studio feeling reconnected as a family.
Your photographer will collaborate with our team of digital artists (AKA the image magicians) to prepare your images for viewing.
4-7 days after your photoshoot, you’ll return to the studio for the unveiling of your images in our design cinemas. Your designer will assist you to select the perfect artwork options to suit your home and budget (if you choose to buy more artwork).
Your selected artwork will be submitted to our production team who will print and hand make your artwork, then ship it by courier directly to your door at absolutely no charge to you.

For every portrait session, we can hold up to 10 people.
If you have a family larger than this that you would like photographed, chat with our friendly team about how we can make potentially make that possible..
Your gift has a two-month expiry and we take bookings up to six weeks in advance, but we also want to work together with you, to find the best time for you and your family. We have very flexible hours with our studios being open on weekdays and weekends, with evening sessions also available to accommodate for every type of busy schedule!
If you choose to buy more artwork, we have a wide range available. Framed artwork starts at $395 and digital files are sold in bundles and start from $133 per file depending on which bundle you choose.
Remember, you get a complimentary Art Frame (of your fave image) with your runner-up prize and there is absolutely no obligation to buy more.

You may reschedule your original photography session once without penalty, provided you give at least 72 hours-notice. This is because we normally cannot refill session appointments at the last minute due to people needing time to plan for their Verve Experience.
