The Verve experience is designed for families, so it’s important to bring the whole clan along. After all, it’s a little awkward having a portrait on the wall with a missing family member! We also welcome you to bring in extended family members, including grandparents, for the opportunity to capture three (or four!) generations in one magical photo session.
We have photographed all sorts of pets at Verve, and understand your fur babies are part of your family too. Our studios are designed to cater for families getting nice and cozy on our bed and couch. If you feel your pet would be comfortable in this environment, they are more than welcome. If you would like to bring your pet, please let us know beforehand so we can prepare the studio.
At the moment, Verve only offers in-studio experiences with a gorgeous set up we know you will love. Our studios have been specifically designed to make sure you feel completely at home. We have fine-tuned all the important things like light, colour and comfort, so you simply walk into luxury; relax, unwind and allow us to capture candid photos of your precious family.
It’s true that we tend to be our own harshest critics. The good news is, most of our guests find themselves pleasantly surprised at how their photos turn out. We’re focused on capturing special family moments together. As soon as everyone relaxes and has fun in our studios, beautiful images naturally result.
In the unlikely event you are not 100% thrilled with your photos, we have a satisfaction guarantee, which means you can enjoy a complimentary reshoot.
Yes! Here at Verve, we get that flexibility is important, which is why we offer a 12-months, interest-free payment plan.
Once you’ve had your session, we’ll call you back in for an in-person cinematic viewing with one of our design specialists to find the perfect artwork for your home. This normally takes place within 3-5 days following the photoshoot.
Of course! If you fall in love with photos (like we know you will!), our design specialist will be more than happy to help you select some favourites for your home and add in any additional images you’re after.
We get it, sometimes life gets in the way and you can no longer make your photo session. Verve requests a $150 deposit to confirm bookings, which secures the studio. While this is fully refundable at your cinematic design consultation, due to costs associated with getting the studio ready, it won’t be refunded if you cancel your booking.
