Our studios are very busy and we generally can’t refill appointments at the last minute, so we have strict cancellation policies:
Bought a photoshoot online or been gifted a Verve Experience from a friend or family member?
These photoshoots are non-refundable, i.e. you can reschedule at no cost once, however if you don’t provide at least 72 hours notice or you reschedule more than once, you will need to buy another photoshoot.
Received a gift voucher from a company or as a prize?
You will need to pay a holding deposit of $100 to book your photoshoot. This is non-refundable, i.e. you can reschedule at no cost once, but if you don’t provide at least 72 hours notice or you reschedule more than once, you will need to pay another $100 holding deposit.
