Purchased Verve Experience Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase (booking is made within this time).

Purchased Verve Experience Packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase (booking is made within this time).

Complimentary Verve Experience Gifts and prizes

• Gifted Verve Experience vouchers and prizes are valid for 2 months from receiving them (booking is made within this time). 
• Please email [email protected] should you require an extension of this expiry date.
• Gifted Verve Experience vouchers and prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, are not redeemable for cash and may only be used as outlined by Verve Portraits.
• Gifted Verve Experience vouchers and prizes cannot be used to purchase images from previous photography sessions.
• Only one Gifted Verve Experience voucher or prize may be used per family per year.
• Verve reserves the right to withdraw the Gifted Verve Experience vouchers or gifts at any time.

Verve Experience Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule your original photography session once without penalty, provided you give at least 72 hours-notice. This is because we normally cannot refill session appointments at the last minute due to people needing time to plan for their Verve Experience.

Please be aware that you will forfeit your session deposit if you: 

• Reschedule more than once.  
• Don’t provide 72 hours-notice of the changed session. 
• Don’t turn up to a scheduled session. 
• Cancel (not reschedule) your original session.
