Handcrafted from recycled timber, each Trove Box by Verve is completely unique. A versatile frame, it can be displayed from both sides, making it both a precious place to house your images, and a photo frame all in one. Inside, your images can be effortlessly re-arranged from your choice of 15 portraits enclosed, providing the most flexible and versatile amount of options. Each of our Trove Boxes are handcrafted by The Australian Men’s Shed Association.

Although we specialise in creating artwork and precious heirlooms, we also know our clients love to get their favourite moments in digital version to share with friends and family. Digital files are sold in bundles of 5, 15 and full show (aprox 40). Prices start at $995.

What are your studio spaces like?

In a word: GORGEOUS. Think relaxation. Think comfort. Think homely. Adorned with neutral linens, superb quality furnishings and more, you’ll feel at ease the moment you walk through the door. If you want to see what our studios look like for yourself, head to our photo gallery.

Who can I bring to the session?

The Verve experience is designed for families, so it’s important to bring the whole clan along. After all, it’s a little awkward having a portrait on the wall with a missing family member! We also welcome you to bring in extended family members, including grandparents, for the opportunity to capture three (or four!) generations in one magical photo session.

Can I bring my pet to our photography session?

We have photographed all sorts of pets at Verve, and understand your fur babies are part of your family too. Our studios are designed to cater for families getting nice and cozy on our bed and couch. If you feel your pet would be comfortable in this environment, they are more than welcome. If you would like to bring your pet, please let us know beforehand so we can prepare the studio.

Do you offer at-home sessions?

At the moment, Verve only offers in-studio experiences with a gorgeous set up we know you will love. Our studios have been specifically designed to make sure you feel completely at home. We have fine-tuned all the important things like light, colour and comfort, so you simply walk into luxury; relax, unwind and allow us to capture candid photos of your precious family.

What if I don't like any of the photos?!

It’s true that we tend to be our own harshest critics. The good news is, most of our guests find themselves pleasantly surprised at how their photos turn out. We’re focused on capturing special family moments together. As soon as everyone relaxes and has fun in our studios, beautiful images naturally result.

In the unlikely event you are not 100% thrilled with your photos, we have a satisfaction guarantee, which means you can enjoy a complimentary reshoot.

Do you offer interest-free payment options or lay-buy?

Yes! Here at Verve, we get that flexibility is important, which is why we offer a 12-months, interest-free payment plan.

Can I view my images online to purchase after the session?

Once you’ve had your session, we’ll call you back in for an in-person cinematic viewing with one of our design specialists to find the perfect artwork for your home. This normally takes place within 3-5 days following the photoshoot.

Can I purchase more photos than what's included in the package?

Of course! If you fall in love with photos (like we know you will!), our design specialist will be more than happy to help you select some favourites for your home and add in any additional images you’re after.

What is your cancellation policy?

We get it, sometimes life gets in the way and you can no longer make your photo session. Verve requests a $75 deposit to confirm bookings, which secures the studio. While this is fully refundable at your cinematic design consultation, due to costs associated with getting the studio ready, it won’t be refunded if you cancel your booking.
